Everything was great, appreciated our such great stay. The room was cozy and cool, awesome staff. The bathroom was good and the bed was cozy. Location: the hotel was short walk to activities which are well priced through the reception, the Lake and the big church. Bar Banh Cuon ba Hanh was located 5 minutes walk away. The service was amazing.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful; they arranged my tours to Halong Bay and Sapa which were very comfortable and cost less than I expected. The hotel is located near the big church and within walking distance of everything, including the Cathedral. The breakfast provided was good and the hotel facilities such as the dorms, washrooms and washbasins are clean and comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, close to the Cathedral and just a short walk to the lake. The staff were attentive and provided great service. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always felt like a home away from home. The basic amenities were in great condition and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.
